Welcome to ZenVid. These Terms govern your use of zenvid.io and our AI-powered video generation services. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed when video generation begins. Prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT. Refunds available within 14 days if credits are unused (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, monetise, and distribute generated content commercially, including on YouTube.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is". We cannot guarantee freedom from copyright claims, though generated content is original.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not limit liability for negligence or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes subject to courts of England and Wales.
